Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@wilformen.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; however, it may be eligible for return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be made only through the original mode of payment. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card and may take 7–14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
