Returns We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@wilformen.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Return Process
- Email info@wilformen.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange collection or drop-off through our courier partner, SMSA Express.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Refunds Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card within 7–14 business days of the return being approved, depending on your card issuer.
