Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method All orders are shipped in good condition via SMSA Express, our courier partner. Products are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Within the UAE Orders within the United Arab Emirates are delivered by SMSA Express within 1–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Orders qualifying for free delivery will be indicated at checkout.

International Delivery International orders, where available, are delivered by SMSA Express within 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination. International delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Proof of Delivery Upon delivery, the customer will be required to sign and confirm the proof of delivery receipt with the courier. wil for men retains signed and confirmed proof of delivery records for all shipped orders.
